Press Center

The CeBIT Bilisim Eurasia Press Center helps the press corps to transmit reports from the heart of the fair to all parts of the globe. Company information, press bulletins, fair programs and the like are on display and constantly updated during the fair. Located near the main foyer, the Press Center is an ideal rendezvous for company representatives and journalists to engage. It also acts as a sanctuary from where members of the press can research, compose and transmit reports using state-of-the-art communications equipment. To support both of these important, yet separate press functions, the Press Center is made up of two main sections, the Press Lounge and the Press Workroom. CeBIT Bilisim Eurasia Exhibitors' press material will be available at the press center "press pigeon-holes". The information material and press releases supplied by the exhibitors and latest information about the main events of CeBIT Bilisim Eurasia will be available in the pigeon holes.

Press Lounge
Acting as a comfortable backdrop for members of the press to meet PR and company representatives, the Press Lounge supports uninterrupted communication free from the hustle and bustle of the fair itself. To assist members of the press carry out their tasks, company information, fair programs and updates on exhibitor events are posted in the Press Lounge on a regular basis during the fair. Information supplied by exhibitors, trade associations and the fair organizers are made available to journalists in the Press Lounge, as are press releases and bulletins found on the press announcement boards.
An on-site catering service offers a wide range of refreshments, and members of the press can keep abreast of events beyond the fair via TV.

Press Workroom
Intended for researching, writing, recording or transmitting reports in peace and quiet, access to the Press Workroom is strictly limited to accredited members of the press. Comfortable working spaces and access to PCs, telephones, fax, ISDN lines, the internet and photocopiers enables members of the press to stay in touch with their offices and to file reports quickly and efficiently. To help round out reports, CDs and floppy disks containing fairground photos are available to those who require them. Tea, coffee and cold drinks are also available in the Press Workroom.
